We can send your order to an address other than your own. Gifts are all hand wrapped and include a handwritten card and of course no invoice.
Let us know when you would like your flowers delivered and we will arrange for them to be delivered on that date. CARING FOR YOUR FLOWERS
There are several ways to keep your silk flowers looking lovely and fresh. A quick dust now and then or using your hairdryer on its cool setting is very effective. You can also use a damp cloth on the orchids leaves, if required. If you are like us, we change our flowers according to season, hiding the out of season flowers until their next required. Wrap them completely in a see through plastic bag and seal with a rubber band. This keeps them dust and damp free, fresh and ready for the next season.

MAXIMISE YOUR FLOWER IMPACT
To get the most out of our silk flowers we advise you work room by room. Statement pieces (large arrangements) are always visually stunning in rooms like the living room, hall, conservatory and /or dining room. In bedrooms, guestrooms, kitchen or bathrooms you may go for smaller arrangements that can be rotated through your rooms. To limit flower fatigue and keep arrangements looking fresh we advise you keep displays out of direct sunlight.

THE FINE PRINT
Prices: In addition to the price you will have to pay our delivery charges as quoted at the time of ordering. The amount of these charges will depend on the method of delivery that you chose. If the price of a Forever Flowers item is shown incorrectly due to a technical or other error, Forever Flowers reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for that item.

Web Site Information: We have tried to ensure that all the information provided in the web site is accurate. We do not accept liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential) which may arise from reliance on information contained in the website.

Client information: We only keep names and addresses of existing customers for the purpose of sending out our newsletters updating clients on special offers, sales and new products. We do not pass these details on to any 3rd party.

Delivery Time: Whilst every effort is made to ensure delivery takes place within the period specified, time is not of the essence and Forever-Flowers will not accept liability arising from any delay in delivery of the goods ordered for whatever reason.

Complaints and Refunds: Once you have placed an order you are committed to purchasing that product. However should you have a complaint you must put it in writing to us within 7 working days of receiving the goods. Any refunds will be considered on a case by case basis.

Availability: If your item is not in stock we will contact you immediately. In this event you will receive a full refund if you decide to cancel your order or you may select an alternative gift. In some instances we may, at our discretion, replace the product with a similar and suitable alternative.
